Refund policy
At The Accessory Warehouse, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused, and excellent condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us by phone or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Let us know your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back to us securely.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or we’ve sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Replace the item at no extra cost, OR
- Issue a full refund including any shipping costs you paid
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of this policy.
