Shipping policy
The Accessory Warehouse ships Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Victoria: 2–5 business days
- New South Wales, ACT, South Australia: 3–7 business days
- Queensland, Tasmania: 5–8 business days
- Western Australia, Northern Territory: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We are currently focused on shipping within Australia. International shipping may be available in the future.
